Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines for refunds, cancellation and return

Orders for medicine products can be cancelled from the Order Details screen on the Osheeka Pharmaceuticals website within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, if you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse it at the time of delivery. A refund will then be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Osheeka Pharmaceuticals offers refunds only for cancelled orders.
We strive to provide the best quality products to our customers.
If any client is not completely satisfied with our products, a refund can be initiated after review.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
For payments made via payment gateways, the refund will be credited to the same account.
Refund amounts will be transferred to the customer’s account within 5 working days.
