Osheerab-LS SR capsule is a medicine used to treat gastro esophageal reflux disease (acid reflux) by relieving the symptoms of acidity, such as heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation. It also neutralizes the acid and promotes easy passage of gas to reduce stomach discomfort.

Osheerab-LS SR capsule can be taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early, your symptoms may come back, and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking, as some may affect, or be affected by, this medicine.

Do not eat within 3-4 hours of going to bed.

HOW TO USE OSHEERAB-LS SR CAPSULE

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Osheerab-LS SR Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE OSHEERAB-LS SR CAPSULE?

If you miss a dose of Osheerab-LS SR capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.Osheerab-LS SR capsule can be taken with or without food. Take it preferably 30 minutes before food.Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea or stomach pain that does not go away.Do not consume alcohol while taking Osheerab-LS SR capsule, as it can increase the risk of stomach damage.Long-term use of Osheerab-LS SR capsule may cause weak or broken bones. Take an adequate intake of dietary calcium and vitamin D or their supplements. Do not take Osheerab-LS SR capsule for longer than prescribed.Osheerab-LS SR capsule is prescribed to give relief from acidity and its associated symptoms.
